My patio roof has no slope and has always been a problem whenever it rains. It has been like this for 23 years. I've had it repaired over and over again and it still leaked. Recently I got estimates from three different roofers. Two of them suggested using similar methods of repair with a rolled roofing material that is better than what had been used in the past. Ken from Silverback Roofing was the only one that recommended a TPO material that would be better than previous materials. Not all roofers have the skill set to install TPO, and it is a little more expensive than rolled roofing. Silverback gives a 5 year workmanship and 15 year material warranty. Their two man crew of Mike and Kendal worked non stop for two days to finish and did a great job. I would highly recommend Silverback Roofing for any roof repairs.
